Return Policy
We accept returns postmarked within 14 calendar days of the original shipping date
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and are not eligible for return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that sale items are final and non-returnable.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. You must ship the item back to us at your own expense after your return is approved.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at sales@enjoykidsus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@enjoykidsus.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items( items purchased on sale or with code, including welcome 10% code)
- Underwear and swimwear
- Gift cards
6. Refunds
All full price item are eligible for refund to a store credit and you can use to make a new purchase.
